抑菌生物及其活性物质资源
从事动物、微生物资源及其活性物质资源研究,发现了1类新的昆虫病原线虫(EPNs),包括1个新属,4个新种,其中1个细菌新种;筛选出21个高效昆虫病原线虫/共生菌株系。在线虫和细菌新种鉴定、抑菌生物活性蛋白的分离纯化与基因克隆、miRNA及其互作mRNA的功能鉴定研究方面发表SCI收录论文47篇,一类核心期刊10篇。与中科院广州化学所合作合成鉴定了4-芳基香豆素类化合物的药理活性,发表SCI收录论文3篇,授权发明专利1项。从昆虫病原线虫共生菌等生物中分离纯化出多种活性多肽、蛋白,授权发明专利2项,实质审查中的专利2项。主持完成国家及省部级课题6项,参与6项。获省部级自然科学二等奖1项。
