  本科毕业于南京农业大学农学专业,硕士毕业于南京大学环境生物专业,2006年在新加坡国立大学生物系获得博士学位。2005年4月加入新加坡基因组研究中心从事博士后研究,2008年1月加入新加坡淡马锡生命研究所,2017年9月加入奈良先端科技大学院大学,2018年10月加入南京农业大学生科院。2019年入选江苏特聘教授。

  本人长期从事表观遗传与植物发育的相关研究,目前已经在主流期刊上发表18篇文章,其中第一作者(含共同一作)10篇,包括PNAS, Science, Nature Communications, Genes&Development, The EMBO Journal, Nucleic Acids Research等国际知名期刊。

一、研究方向:

课题组将以拟南芥,大豆和兰花等为研究材料,研究表观遗传调控开花时间,花序和花器官发育以及对环境因子(包括栽培技术)的适应性。研究将结合表观遗传组学、转录组学,代谢组学,利用高通量测序,染色体构象捕获,遗传学,生理生化,分子生物学等技术手段来解析表观遗传协调转录因子参与植物发育的分子机制,以及表观遗传在代际和代间的重编码规则。

课题组长期招收博士生和博士后(含师资博士后,欢迎对植物科学研究怀有热情的学生和年轻科研工作者加入团队。
